What is the Carbon Credit Trading Scheme?: CCTS: The CCTS is a market-based mechanism introduced to regulate and trade carbon credits under the ICM. The CCTS aims to decarbonize the Indian economy by pricing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and facilitating carbon trading.
